What does HAYATEN Data Lab do?
We design, build and run data platforms, AI integrations, automation and software for businesses. Our areas are AI and machine learning, data engineering and analytics, software development, hyperautomation, cloud infrastructure and consulting.
Are you a registered company?
Yes. We operate as Hayaten Data Labs Private Limited, registered in India.
Which industries do you work with?
Data and automation problems appear in every sector. We focus on real estate and hospitality, retail, logistics, financial services, education and technology companies.
Working together
How do we start?
A free 30-minute call, then usually a small fixed-scope first piece such as an audit or pilot, so you can judge our work before committing more.
What engagement models do you offer?
End-to-end fixed-price projects, team augmentation, milestone-based scope of work and approved vendor status. See the Engagement models page.
Who will work on my project?
We assemble the specialists the work requires and show you the proposed team before work starts.
Can your engineers join our team?
Yes. Under team augmentation, specialist engineers work under your direction on a time-and-material basis.
Which time zones do you work in?
We agree working hours that overlap with yours for meetings and decisions, and communicate in clear written English.
Pricing and contracts
How is pricing set?
Fixed price for well-defined scope, with payments tied to milestones. Time-and-material for team augmentation. Estimates are written, and any change is agreed before it affects cost.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign yours before you share any detail, or provide ours.
Who owns the code?
Custom work delivered to you belongs to you once paid, as set out in the written agreement. We state any open-source or pre-existing components up front.
Security and data
How do you handle our data?
We apply least-privilege access, keep secrets out of source code, work inside your approved environments where you prefer, and do not copy your data outside agreed systems.
Does this website store my details?
No. The forms on this site open your email app and send nothing to a server. Please read our privacy policy for details.
Technology and careers
Which tools do you use?
Typically Python, SQL, PySpark, Airflow, Snowflake and the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud). We choose what suits your existing stack rather than forcing a new one.
